|
|
SC’s Indiana is now ready for a new home. He is a very active 18yo gelding, standing approx 15.3hh and black/brown in colour. He has a small white star and good conformation, nice straight legs and very comfortable, attractive action. He has a natural elevation to his movement and is a very friendly, playful horse. Indi is great to handle, good to float, good for farrier, non spooky and great in traffic.
He will however require a confident, experienced rider with soft hands as although he has been well trained, he is much too sensitive a horse for a novice rider. Indi has had some good dressage education however we don’t know exactly how advanced he is at this stage.
Indi has a superb temperament, is intelligent and is show quality so would be great for somebody wanting to show in-hand, hacking, dressage and may also be good for some low level jumping too. Indiana has no stable vices and does not kick, bite, rear etc and is a horse that knows the drill. Vet check is welcomed and recommended.
If you are interested in giving Indi a new home please contact us.

Lizzy, he is a him and for more information on how our Adoptions work please read: www.schrar.org/adopt.html
As you can see, we do not sell our rescues, we have a contracted arrangement to ensure a positive future for the horse. _________________

| What breed is he? Do you think he is suitable for around kids? i am looking for a horse that is easy (smooth) to ride and quiet for bush riding. and small jumping. I do like to put my children on for a little lead line ride occasionally. I have another horse here at the moment who is a very friendly quiet fellow. |

He is a Thoroughbred
We don't know how he is around kids because his carer doesn't have any. If you would like to meet him please email us. _________________

Hi MO5 - just about to update this thread. Indi has found a forever home.
Also he would not be suitable for a young rider who wants lessons/PC unless she was more advanced (say C certificate or maybe even C*) and very confident. _________________
