I mean that as a term of endearment don't worry lol
But honestly, Oscar - bless his cotton socks (or should I say pasterns) 'dirty look' repertoire is quite impressive!
He'll see L & I approach the paddock, he'll look from a distance and back goes his ears, then they come fwd and he'll intently stare, trying to ascertain whether or not we have come bearing gifts (feed buckets). Once he's worked out that we're not presenting any food scource what so ever, he'll turn his backside in our general direction, and wander off, swinging that big bum as if to say "Whatever". He he, I've been going out to give a scratch, which he certainly enjoys - despite the initial body language saying otherwise.
I like this horse. He has the sort of character I want to explore, he has eyes which really look at you, if that makes sense? And VOCAL!! Whoa, when he first arrived ... the odd nicker here & there (around feed time) now he gives me a whole election campaign speech outlining the reasons why I should feed him before anyone else!
