Misty needs a new home.

She is a grey mare of approximately 27years old and was rescued by her current owners 7 or 8 years ago.

She is a sweet natured loving pony who enjoys cuddles and attention. She has been backed, and was ridden bare-back with just a halter recently, so she certainly used to having riders sit on her. She does not bite nor kick any more and is happy to let you groom her and pick up her feet, whether tethered or not. She has good feet, is fine with a farrier and catches easily.

She has been floated to and from agistment previously, rugged and is left on her own for at least 2 hours 3 times a week, all of which she responds well to.

Her only "bad" habits from my perspective is that she doesn't like to have her tail groomed so consequently clamps it down to her bottom. I have still been able to groom and de-knot her tail however.

Misty is most suited as a companion pony however would be suitable for light riding duties or perhaps a little lead-rein work.

If you have more questions or would like to meet Misty please contact John on: 0409 521 577

i most likely will not be able to help you, but how tall is she? What feed is she on? is she prone to getting unwell, does she have arthritis, or any problems along those lines?
