a sad story |
|
when I was a kid there was this horse at my riding school that I just adored. His name was Tristan and he was grey gelding (that's all I know). He was the perfect bomb proof pony who had a sweet and playful personality. He was the first horse I rode and after that I rode him for nearly every one of my fortnightly lessons for the next two and a half years. Anyway, after that I had to stop riding because it was too much of a financial strain on my parents. When I finally was able to go back riding I called only to find out that the place had closed down. I did a little research and found out that the owner of the riding school had died and left the horses to her son, who sold them all. Now for the sad bit. Some of the horses couldn't be sold, and he put them down. One of them was my darling Tristan. Sob.

that's sad, i know nothing could ever replace the gelding you clearly loved, but i hope a horse/pony can help you heal...
