...is Heidi Kemp!

Heidi is on the WOH because of her dedication to her horse. As a non-professional breeder she bred her mare carefully, researched and found the ideal stallion to compliment her, and ended up with a lovely colt. She has ensured that he is well handled from the very first day, she has worked with him to ensure his manners are good and that he is a gem to work with and will lead, tie up, float, go for walks and respect his handler.

Above all, she knew that a pretty colour wasn't the be all and end all, knew she did not have the facilities to keep him entire and knew he was absolutely adorable but not stallion quality so she did as all responsible breeders do and GELDED him!

Oh boy Heidi you are the sort of breeder we wish there were more of. Well done for being so sensible and ensuring that your foal is set up for the very best chance at a great life right from the beginning!
